Annual Meeting – Saturday 16 Jan 2021, 1 pm at the Pavilion. Quorum for election and budget meetings is 5% of full members and full life members - about 180 members need to be present.
Candidate nominations for office need to be conveyed by 1 Dec. Request absentee ballots by 16 Dec, these will be an email. Return an email by 4 Jan 21. Proxies are not authorized for voting or meeting the quorum.
Officer positions up for election are President, Treasurer, Safety Officer and Pistol Director. The Pistol Director position is for 3 years, the others serve 2 years.
