A FUN themed 6 stage Action WheelGunner (revolvers) AND Outlaw pistol game open to
Revolvers AND USPSA Single-Stack equipment, ESP/CDP 'single stack pistols'. Just
about any revolver can participate.

Action WheelGunner follows the rules and guidelines set up for ICORE. Standard
cardboard target used is the NRA D-1 commonly called the 'Tombstone'. Scoring
as in ICORE is one of the more accuracy-intensive action pistol games.
Steel poppers, swinger and/or moving targets that disappear may also be
used. Texas stars, plate racks and steel challenge arrays are also popular.
Paper and Steel may be mixed.

Scoring in Action WheelGunner is done the same as ICORE and IDPA. The
time is recorded through the COF to which down points and penalties
are added for a final stage score.

There are penalties common to other action shooting games like foot
faults, FTE, NS, etc. There are enough rules to make it a game, but
not enough to make it a pain.

Revolvers are placed in one of five divisions:
Open: Optical sights, compensator or ported barrel, 8-shot moon clip fed.
Limited Division: Same as Open, but with iron sights only.
Limited 6: Same as Limited, but having only 6 chambers.
Classic Division: Classic 6-shot, iron sight fed by speed loaders, no moon clips.
Rimfire: Will be scored separately.

Outlaw Pistols are placed in 1 of 2 divisions:
Outlaw 8: Start is 8 rds (7 in mag, 1 chambered) safety engaged.
Reload mags of 8 rounds. Magazines must be carried by holders on
belt. Minimum caliber is 9mm/38 super.
Outlaw Rimfire: 1911 style Rimfire pistols only. Holstered w/mags
carried on belt. Start is 8 rds (7 in mag, 1 chambered) safety
engaged. Reload mags of 8 rounds. Will be scored separately.
