Project Appleseed - Bay 6

The annual observance of the first day of the revolution--April 19, 1775. Shooters will learn rifle marksmanship and the history of that day. Shooting will be from a single firing line at targets posted at 25M. Both rimfire and centerfire rifles will be allowed.

Level I Two-Person Team Tactics Handgun

2 Person Team Tactics 1 - Defensive Handgun 2 or proof of equivalent training is a prerequisite. It is not required that you attend as a team, individuals are welcome. This class is about communication and how to develop communication between you and your partner who also carries a handgun.

Defensive Handgun III

Date:

Defensive Handgun 3 -  Defensive Handgun 2 or proof of equivalent training is a prerequisite. This class will continue to refine the skills learned in the last 2 classes and start to build pressure on the shooter. Threats will have to be identified and successfully engaged under time pressures and increasing distances.

USPSA 101 - Introduction to USPSA Competition Shooting

Class Objective: 
This class is intended to familiarize/educate one in the fundamentals of USPSA competition.
 
Gear required :
  • Pistol, 9mm or larger caliber with holster
  • Approximately 75 rounds of ammunition
  • 2 magazines with belt magazine holder
Governing organizations:
USPSA Competition rules (latest Mar 2021) will be adhered to and used for the training.

Close Quarters Handgun II

Close Quarters Handgun 2 - Defensive Handgun 1 or equivalent training is a prerequisite. There is no live fire in this class, a non functioning plastic dummy firearm that fits your holster is required. This class is about learning and incorporating Hand to Hand Combatives to create opportunities to access your firearm and keep control of it. A degree of physical fitness is recommended, you will make controlled physical contact with others in this class.
