Meetings

There are generally two types of meetings at PMRPC -- Board Meetings and Membership Meetings.

PMRPC holds a regularly-scheduled business meeting once a month, and more often when needed.

At Board Meetings, the Board of Directors meets to review and act on club business.  Public comments and questions from the membership is welcome at these meetings, but only the board votes on business matters.  Board meetings are held at 7 p.m. on the Second Wednesday of each month in the pole barn at PMRPC.

Membership meetings are held four times a year -- three regular Membership Meetings and the Annual Meeting.  The president presides over Membership Meetings, but it's the membership itself that makes motions and votes. The 2026 dates for Membership Meetings are:  

• April 8, 2026
• July 8, 2026
• Oct 14, 2026

Agendas for all meetings shall be posted on the website and distributed to the membership at least five days prior to the meetings.  Please log in to see the agenda
